4 week kick start.
This programme is for individuals who want to have a boost to their health goals, either to get back on track or to start the process. This programme can continue on if need be. During the 4 weeks we will:
- Identify your goals and whats currently not working
- Focus on your eating, drinking and habits
- Have weekly coaching sessions to support you in making positive changes towards your goals
- Focus on positive changes that you can make
Knowledge does not always equal change. With our health, that is often so true! There is a wealth of information about how to live a healthy life, and yet lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity and heart disease are on the rise. The issue is largely down to habit change which is incredibly hard to do.
My health coaching service focuses on identifying the changes a client wants to make and supporting them in making them in an achievable, sustainable way. Working with me we will:
- Target behaviours that are stopping you from making lasting change
- Change habits to enable transformation and see results
- Keep you on track and accountable for change – change is not always easy and so when things are challenging I will support you and help you adjust to keep momentum.
- Identify optimum nutrition for you and your lifestyle.
I host a number of talks regarding health and wellness and can include trusted partners to add value to these sessions and all of them can have a practical element if appropriate.
